Position Security Officer/Security Driver
Job Description The Security Officer/Security Driver position provides safe transportation of patrons and employees to and from the casino. Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle being operated and assist security in traffic control. Duties are but not limited to:

-Demonstrate the ability to operate shuttle van in an observant, professional, and safe manner.
-Demonstrate the ability to safely and efficiently pick-up and drop-off passengers (employees and patrons) from Hillside Blvd. and Colma Bart Station.
-Hillside Blvd. duties include: Routine patrol of Hillside Blvd. to pick-up and drop-off employees/patrons from their vehicles. Duties include driving (patrolling) up and down Hillside Blvd. (~ ½ mile stretch) to identify and transport patrons/employees (~125 passengers per shift) to and from the casino as needed, especially in the evening to maintain a safe and secure activity. Duties may cover various shifts (day-swing-graveyard) over a 24-hour period.
-Colma Bart Station duties include: Routine retrieval and pick-up of passengers to and from the Colma Bart Station. Roundtrip equals ~4 miles from Lucky Chances to Colma Bart Station and the route includes 1 trip every half-hour for a total of ~15 trips per 8-hour shift. Duties may cover various shifts (day-swing-graveyard). Trips start at 6:30am and cease at 11:30pm daily.
-Patrol of Casino parking areas, perimeters, and Hillside Blvd. to observe and immediately report any suspicious activities.
-Ability to visibly inspect the vehicle of any potential hazards before operating.
-Understand and comply with all traffic rules and regulations.
-Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle being operated while waiting for passengers.
-Assist security in conducting traffic while waiting to transport passengers to their destination.
-May be directed to stand security post as needed.
-May be directed to transport passengers to other Bay Area destinations as business needs demand.

Qualifications:
-Must possess a valid California Drivers License; clean DMV printout without pending tickets or accidents, and authorization from Company business insurance to drive a Company vehicle.
-Hold or have the ability to obtain a current “Guard Card” issued from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services of California.
-Previous employment and experience as a driver.
-Must possess knowledge of traffic rules and laws and knowledge of Bay Area streets and freeways.
-Must be alert and able to quickly and safely react to a compromising vehicular incidents or situations.
-Must be observant and possess physical and social skills to adapt to the constant demands of the job.

Position Chip Runner/Card Control Agent
Job Description The Chip Runner ensures the proper flow of all games by providing the sales of gaming chips to customers and dealers. Job duties are greeting customers and oversee the efficient sales of gaming chips in the assigned areas, maintaining assigned stationary bank, counting in and out the bank in accordance to procedure, abide by the Chip Runner procedures and Title 31 compliance policy and procedures noted in the Chip Runner Training Package (manual). Other duties assigned.

The Card Control Agent is responsible for maintenance and integrity of cards, dice, dice cups, shoes and all other gaming equipment. Provide direct service to the Asian Games tables by providing fresh cards, dice, etc. Other duties may be assigned. Must have good hand and eye dexterity, be well organized, ability to multi-task, have effective communication skills, and strong numerical ability.

Position Lead Security Person
Job Description The Lead Security Person will monitor and coordinate the security operation and duties of assigned shift to maintain a secure and safe premise. Candidate will also assist in enforcing ordinances set by the city keeping minors and intoxicated patrons from being on the premises. The Lead Security Person will also inform the Security & Facility Operations Manager and/or Operations Shift Manager of suspicious persons or activities that could be detrimental to the company and assist the Operations Shift Managers with investigations of all kinds along with other interactions such as master key sign out and entrance to secured areas. They are to ensure Surveillance is always advised of all security-related actions and assist in the training and evaluation process of Security Officers and in the control of emergency situations and ensure notification procedure are implemented and outlined. Experience in security related field.

Position Control Room Operator
Job Description The Control Room Operator will provide a safe environment for all patrons and employees by using surveillance system to observe and deter potential problems. Candidate will assist in the review of videotapes for gaming discrepancies; monitor the gaming floor for potential problems such as minors, intoxicated patrons, and activities that are detrimental to the operation. This position requires a high level of security and confidentiality. Candidates must know how to take a video and image capture by using Wincast and Sony Color Printer. Applicant must be alert to any problems occurring among employees and/or patrons; or anywhere on the property. This includes monitoring closed circuit video system to identify potentially dangerous situations and observe and make sure company policy is adhered to. Other duties assigned.

Position Busser
Job Description The Busser position duties include but not limited to facilitating restaurant food service by setting up and clearing tables, stocking all service stations and assisting servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction. Must provide timely and efficient busser service and quickly clear dirty table settings, clean and prepare for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed. In addition, a valid Food Handler Card issued by the State of California, Health and Safety Code 113790 is required.

Position Sous Chef
Job Description The Sous Chef position provides general coordination of the lunch, dinner and graveyard crew kitchen staff. Work in cooperation with Chef and F&B Lead Person to ensure consistent, high quality of all preparations, production and fluid kitchen operation. Duties are but not limtied to:

-Ensure the smooth operation of the assigned shift including assisting in any areas in need of proper attention. Facilitate smooth transition between lunch, dinner and graveyard shift changes.
-Assist in training, supervision and motivation of the kitchen staff.
-Monitor and prepare daily kitchen supply requisition and receiving and storage of dry and fresh goods, including counter checking and signing off on every invoice of food delivered during the assigned shift.
-Assist F&B Dept. Leads in all assigned areas and in the development of ideas as needed.
-Ensure that all stations are properly stocked and clean.
-Develop daily and weekly specials, if applicable. Present daily specials to the dining room and counter staff and provide verbal and written dish descriptions, if applicable.
-Monitor kitchen staff for organization, clean up and safe work practices.
-Monitor the upkeep and maintenance of all kitchen equipment. Report and call for service as authorized and as needed.
-Ensure staff compliance with Company rules and policies and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
-Degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program is desirable.
-A minimum of 3 years working at all stations of a fine dining/high volume kitchen.
-Valid Food Handler Card required by the State of California, Health and Safety Code 113790.

Position Server
Job Description The Server position provides efficient food and beverage service. Promote and maintain a comfortable, safe, friendly environment for guests, patrons, and staff. Ensure great customer service throughout the meal. Duties are but not limited to:

-Provide, timely, accurate and efficient food and beverage service for the assigned area. Duties specific to an assigned are included as attachments to the job description..
-Place the orders by entering promptly and correctly into the Sable. Review the order before sending it to the kitchen. Remember to punch in and charge all sides or extras, like coffee, tea or soda.
-Ensure accurate food and beverage transactions.
-Ensure that food preparation and appearance is up to standard and in appropriate temperature before serving customers.
-Be a team player; willingly and graciously help other servers, bussers, or cashiers as needed.
-Be punctual, follow your assigned work schedule. Clock in and out of Kronos in a timely manner. Observe the required breaks and meal break in accordance to procedures.
-Perform prep work, side duties, and helps keep stations organized and clean. At end of shift, perform closing duties and complete a server’s report.
-Comply with Company established rules, policies and procedures. Practice good personal hygiene, food safety and sanitation, and work safety procedures.
-Immediately report any injuries, accidents, equipment failure, spoilage of products, customer complaints, intoxicated customers, or any other unusual behavior or activity to Management.
-Do what you can to help ensure an efficient, smooth flowing food/beverage service operation.

Qualifications:
-2 + years of prior food service experience in a fast paced environment.
-Familiar with various POS system or computer literate.

Position Host/Cashier
Job Description The Host/Cashier position greets, seats, cashes out, and thanks guests with warm and friendly service, while making a good first impression to insure they are happy when they leave. Duties are but not limited to:

-Opening: Check reservation book and schedule; prepare server stations and assignments. (In Rene’s monitor the buffet set up, check the menu and to ensure proper food safety practices.); check menus; dining room, floor and server stations for cleanliness and freshness.
-Maintain a cheerful and helpful attitude with guests at all times. Provide a smile and friendly greeting for guests; confirm number in party; ask guest for their seating preference (only when is practical) and any special needs; escort guests to their table; alert guest of steps and inclines; and if necessary assist and inform server/manager of special needs.
-Courteously direct guests to the bar or waiting area and if there is a wait, thank the guest for their patience. Provide guest(s) with an approximate seating time.
-Present menus to guests and explain special of the day, inform assigned server of new guest(s).
-Responsible for knowing the restaurant floor plan, server station, assignments, table numbers and sections and keeping the front desk organized. Properly record customer numbers and table count sheet. Answer questions and take reservations in accordance to established procedure and as authorized. Maintain wait list on busy days and arrange proper seating in a timely manner.
-Monitor for guests ready leave/pay and alert the server/busser to present bill or clean/reset the table. Thank departing guests, invite them to return, ask about their dining experience and open door.
-Walk around the dining room to ensure that tables receive proper attention and alert responsible party if attention is needed. (In Rene's check food supply and food safety practices). Handle guest complaints professionally and immediately assist in corrective measures or call the Manager.
-Be a team player, help to serve, buss, clean, reset tables, refill food, cakes, salads, plates, etc., as necessary, to ensure the smooth operation of the shift.
-Collect menus, inspect for cleanliness and prepare the station for the next shift/day. Tally shift sales and customer count report. (In Rene's monitor dismantling of the buffet station, dining room clean up and prepare dance floor for entertainment time, and conduct final inspection at final close.).

Qualifications:
-Two years business food service related experience. Familiar with POS system and computer literate.
-Previous food/wine service experience, preparation/presentation, and customer relation knowledge.

Position Dishwasher/Steward
Job Description The Dishwasher/Steward position maintains dishwashing area and cleans restaurant equipment, glass and silver ware as well as food preparation utensils and keeps them in an orderly manner so they can be picked up by restaurant staff when needed. Duties are but not limited to:

-Scrape food from dirty dishes and rinse by hand and place in racks for dishwasher machine.
-Place dirty glasses and silverware in racks for dishwasher machine.
-Wash pots, pans, trays, coffee pots and holders.
-Sweep, mop and keep the kitchen floors dry and clean at all times.
-Wash refrigerators and shelves and meat blocks.
-Separate and remove trash/garbage and place in designated containers.
-Steam clean and/or hose out garbage cans.
-Sort bottles and other glassware and place them in appropriate recyclable bins.
-Transfer dishwashing supplies and equipment as needed between storage and work areas
-Perform additional duties assigned by Chef, Sous Chef or Lead on duty as needed and requested.
-Keep work area well organized, clean and dry including the floor.
-Practice work safety and comply with sanitation, health and safety procedures and regulations.
-Maintain a safe work environment and immediately report any injuries, equipment failures, and cleaning and maintenance needs.

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent with at least six (6) month of restaurant experience.
-Valid Food Handler Card required by the State of California, Health and Safety Code 113790.

Position Bartender
Job Description The Bartender position mixes, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in a pleasant guest experience. Also prepare beverages for food and cocktail servers to supply to guests and to serve as cashier for the bar. Duties are but not limited to:

-Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, promote and documents order for drinks. Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practice prudent portion control.
-Input orders into POS register at time of order to maintain accountability of all beverages served, and place the printed receipt in front of patron. Each open tab should be placed in a short glass in front of the patron.
-Receive cash or charges from guests and make proper change and prepare required reports
-Look at the print out order ticket prior to preparing for servers. Verbal orders without a ticket is not allowed unless the transaction is a cash order. When printer fails, ask for the original ticket and check out the time of the ticket whether it is within a reasonable time frame.
-Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis, including liquor, beer, wine, condiments and paper products. Replenish bar snacks as needed.
-Maintain stock, cutting and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
-Lock up and store all beverages, food and other equipment, deposits cash drops and secures bank.
-Perform general cleaning and upkeep tasks in bar and storeroom areas.
-Responsible for ensuring patrons do not become intoxicated and call for assistance when needed.

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent. Must have at least one year of bartending experience in a fine dining restaurant or lounge.
-Must be able to perform normal job functions while maintaining positive and professional customer and employee relations through excellent communication and customer service skills.

Position Cook
Job Description The Cook position provides general coordination of the lunch, dinner and graveyard crew kitchen staff. Work in cooperation with Chef, Sous Chef, Lead Cook and F&B Lead Person to ensure consistent, high quality of all preparations, production and fluid kitchen operation. Duties are but not limited to:

-Set up station according to guidelines. Clean and maintain station by practicing good safety, sanitation and organizational skills.
-Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Practice work safety and company food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
-Follow recipes, portion control, and plate presentation specifications as set by the house.
-Read menu to estimate food requirements and order food from storeroom using Requisition Form. Report low supplies to buyer.
-Restock by rotating all supplies as needed throughout the shift.
-Prep all ingredients as needed for the line.
-Adjust thermostat controls to regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, roasters, woks, and steam kettles.
-Observe and test food being cooked by tasting, smelling and piercing with fork to determine if it is cooked.
-Assist in kitchen cleaning, sanitation, and organization, walk-in coolers, freezer, and all storage areas.
-Assist F&B Dept. Leads in all assigned areas and in the development of ideas as needed.
-Monitor the upkeep and maintenance of all kitchen cooking equipment and report deficiencies.
-Ensures staff compliance with Company rules and policies and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
